Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on flutline.com.

1) Custom-sized/full-size orders — non-returnable

Most full-size panel orders are produced and/or cut to your selected measurements. For this reason, custom-sized/full-size orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2) Samples — returns accepted

Returns are accepted only for Samples.

Return window (Samples )

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions (Samples )

To be eligible, Samples must be:

  • unused and in original condition
  • returned in original packaging (if possible)
  • accompanied by your order number / proof of purchase

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (for example, the wrong sample was sent).

3) How to start a return (Samples)

Email us at info@flutline.com with:

  • your order number
  • which sample(s) you want to return
  • (optional) reason for return

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4) Refunds (Samples)

Once we receive and inspect your returned Samples:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment

5) Damaged parcel (report within 48 hours)

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  1. outer packaging
  2. inner packaging
  3. damaged item(s)

We will assess the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement, replacement parts, or refund depending on the situation).

6) Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the received item(s) We will correct the issue.

7) Order cancellations

Because custom-sized/full-size orders enter production quickly, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order. If production has not started yet, we will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
