This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on flutline.de.

1) Where we ship

We ship worldwide, excluding the United States (US).

2) Production time (custom-sized/full-size orders)

Most full-size panel orders are produced and/or cut to your selected measurements. Production time: typically 3-5 Arbeitstage.

3) Shipping time (after dispatch)

Delivery time depends on your location after dispatch:

  • Europe: typically 3-5 Arbeitstage
  • Worldwide: typically 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or customs.

4) Samples

Samples are typically in stock and usually ship faster because they don’t require production.

5) Carriers

We use recognised carriers depending on destination and best available rate (for example: DPD, DHL, FedEx, or similar).

6) Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

7) Customs, duties & import taxes (orders outside the EU/EEA)

If your order is shipped outside the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) (for example, the UK, Switzerland, China, Hong Kong), it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT), and handling fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-shipping costs may apply.

9) Shipping damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include the required photos as described in our Rückerstattung und Rückgabe.
