These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flutline.com (the “Site”) and purchases made from MB Flutline (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We sell real oak fluted panels and samples (“Products”). Product photos and descriptions are provided for general guidance.
Natural material disclaimer: Wood is a natural material. Colour, grain, and texture may vary between batches and individual pieces. Lighting and screen settings can affect perceived colour. Such variations are not considered defects.
We may update product information, availability, and specifications at any time.
All prices shown on the Site are in EUR and include Lithuanian VAT (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
For orders shipped outside the EU/EEA, customs duties/import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility (see Shipping Policy).
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate (including shipping address and contact details).
An order is considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation and/or when payment is successfully processed.
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, we suspect fraud, the product is unavailable, or there is a clear pricing/listing error. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Available methods may include card payments and wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported). We do not store your full payment card details.
Most full-size orders are custom-sized. Typical production time is 3–5 business days, and delivery time depends on destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, peak seasons, weather, or customs.

All content on the Site (text, photos, design, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to MB Flutline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights where such limitation is not permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have additional mandatory rights under your local consumer protection laws. Please contact us first at info@flutline.com to resolve any issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date.
